So this is my situation.

I have to put my phone on factory settings.

And I backed up my Whatsapp chats. But it only saved my chats from a month ago.

How can I backup ALL my whatsapp chats (I had this phone since November 2014)?

First of all Android or Iphone

Secondly on Android go onto Whatsapp open up settings open up chat settings and there should be a folder with save chats :D
