Get r9 270/x or r9 280 at the most.

Upgrade the GPU first to maybe an R9 280? You'll have to upgrade the CPU later on because you might see some bottlenecking, but the weakest link right now is definitely that graphics card

a 960 or if you reach you could try to get to a 970

if cheap sandisk, if more expensive crucial bx100/mx100, samsung 850 evo.

Nah, id say up to a 760 with slight bottlenecks in some games.
