Shutting down computer?

Hello, I shut down my computer each night, and I was wondering if that is bad thing and that I should it like once a week??? What should i do?? 

I wouldn't be to concerned frankly...I leave mine on 24/7. unless you are concerned about heat builtup/power cost..that would be fine.

If you feel more comfortable shutting down each night go for it  it'll live a long life either way.
