Locker virus

As I don't know where else to post it, I'll put it here for now. Last night 25th at 00.00 (local time) there was a Locker notification like the one on the image http://imgur.com/yjgseor. All I know is what is on reddit http://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/373wk0/locker_virus_similar_to_cryptolocker/. 

I am not affected myself but my partners computer is (that is not connected to internet anymore). So thit is kinda like a heads up if you still have an hour and if someone knows anything about it sharing information is welcome.

i bet its just some fake virus to get dumb people to pay
