Whats the best external hard disk in terms of speed and reliability, possibly not insanely expensive?
I am considering to buy 1TB.

1. Should be 3.0, thats obvious.
2. Be of good brand, not some cheap.
3. Comes with 2 or 3 year warranty perhaps even more.

4. Should not be insanely expensive.

Thanks guy.

WD My Passport is pretty good. 1Tb is not that expensive. My brother and I have one each. It's pretty decent, Mine has been dropped, shaked and stuff and it still works like charm.

don't matter to me, but it should not have external power source.

Then it has to be a 2.5 inch. In this case I will recommend the WD Passport series
