212 EVO will do fine, but if you wanna go for liquid, the Corsair H100i is good.

Your cooler is more than enough for a 4790k

 

But if you want to get some extra cooling headroom...get a bigger heatsink such as a Noctua U14S or a BeQuiet Dark Rock 3, etc
