How will the build perform when playing Games in 1080P and your opinions on the build

 

First Build

Graphic Card: Asus GTX960 Strix DcII oc w/game          $379
Display: DELL 24” S2415H IPS LED w/Speaker              $309
Processor: Intel I5-4690k                               $304
MotherBoard: Asus Z97 Pro Gamer                         $289
Power Supply Unit: Seasonic X Series 750W Modular Gold  $189
Case: Fractal Degin Define S                            $149
OS: Microsoft Window 7 Home Premium                     $130
Ram: Corsair Vengeance Pro 1866Mhz (2x4GB) 8GB          $128

Max spending = $2000SGD
 
And what will i need if i would want to overclock the CPU in the future
Should i run the gtx 960 in SLI 6 months later or make do without a gpu and buy 1 6 months later as i have only have SGD2000

Personally i would try and get a 280x over that 960 if u can manage. But yeah just buy the gpu the now and buy another in 6 months if u need it, which tbh with a single 1080p monitor u really wont

Your build looks good with potential for upgrades. 
I would get a smaller PSU as even with OCing the CPU and two GPUs you won't need more than 550W.
The guys gave you some useful advice. 
I could add that you can add a SSD to the build as it would make a bug difference in terms of responsiveness, loading and boot times, transfer speeds and general performance. :)

Which build will give me higher fps in games like gta v

 

FPS and graphics generally depend on the power of the CPU and, more importantly, GPU. So I'd say, the better these two parts are, the better would your game would be. Games rely on storage only for their loading times and graphics and FPS stay unaffected by it. 
Since I an a Western Digital representative, I cannot really recommend any other specific product, so I'd advise you to read some good reviews and commend on all those parts, check some recommendation from the guys here and see the spec sheets of the parts that you are considering. :)
