Witcher 3 wild hunt choopyness

So recently i made a new build and with that build i bought a 960 that came with this game, after waiting 2 months for the game to finally come out i download it, update my video drivers and use geforce experience to enhance performance, i open the game and... its choppy video, random lag spikes, freezing but i do see that i can run this game at high settings because i see fps between 49-60 but the choppyness just ruins it...

My Specs:

Pentium g3258 overclocked to 3.8ghz

evga 960 ssc

8 gb of gskill 2400 mhx ram

500wat power supply 80 plus

Anything is helpful at this point

Probably the CPU not putting out, mate.

 

What settings are you running at? I personally suggest configuring the settings yourself and not letting GFE do it.
