look into the 8 core cpus from amd like the fx 8350 they will give you great performance for the money compared to the several hundred dollars intel offerrings.

 

case and power supply are personal choices. but a solid corsair setup is very doable for under a few hundred

 

Graphics cards are personal as well but a r9 290 is a good one to look at

 

motherboard just choose one that suits the cpu and case you have chosen.
