If you are not consistently getting 144hz then it isn't worth, also budget is out of the question most of them are 400 dollars or more. You can get a much better looking IPS display for 200 dollars cheaper.

Well I get like a 100 in bf4 and I did find some for 200.

once you go 144fps you don't go back

I just want to confirm. If i have a 144hz monitor but im only playing witcher 3 at 45-60 FPS, will i notice a difference over a 60hz monitor?

Sorry for the late response. If you are only getting 45-60 fps it will look the same on a 60hz monitor as it would on your 144hz.

This is completely not true. Where you got that idea from I don't really know..

 

OP, I would recommend a BenQ XL2411Z if you haven't picked up a monitor yet. I have two and I'm enjoying them thus far.

I got the asus vx248h and I am loving it but thanks for the suggestion.
