screen jumping on amd 280x

plz help i got an amd r9 280x and a 1080p monitor and connect it via hdmi and the screen just jumping up and down sometime does some one know the problem and know how to fix it?

Try using your intel intergrated graphics to see if you hvae the same problem then.

i do have the latest drivers

Tried a different cable? and integrated GPU? different screen if possible.

i try the the intergrated graphic it doesn't have that problem
