Intel on board raide controller HELP please

Heres the issue I have an intel Server board with on board raid controller I orignally set up two raid configurations a boot drive raid which was two hard drives raid 1 for one boot an one back up if it ever failed i've now removed one of those backups but on the same raid controller i have a second raid setup in raid 0 with all my data stored i want to bring the raide one back to a single drive to reinstall server but dont want to lose the raid 0 setup any help please would be great.
