Computer randomly shuts down

Hi, I just built a computer for a friend and he has contacted me to say that basically his computer will just randomly shut down.

I am trying to find out what could cause this. The System just shuts down as if there has been a power cut...

 

If anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

Just to add he also said that it always happens when he is playing minecraft, on skype and listening to music.

ask the guy how temperatures are, i feel like this is a thermal issue on the CPU side.

Ive asked him to download some software and tell me, but he said it still runs ice cold anyway.

I was think either CPU Getting to hot, or power supply is faulty.

I would say it is a psu problem... Most likely the psu fan stopped working
