BOINC 100%cpu 30%gpu

hello,i am doing seti@home and POEM@home .dual core setup with a hd6950. both cores are loaded to 100% but the gpu will only do about 30% .the gpu has a gpu task.if i cut one core off then the gpu jumps to 100% and the other cpu goes crazy.and ideas or help?also was working just fine on seti@home alone this is new due to adding POEM@home.so im sure i set something up wrong

I don't know about seti, but when using POEM, you have to dedicate one full core to that project. Hence the cenario you are facing. Just set boinc to use, say, 90% of the CPU. On your 2 cores machine, this should dedicate 1 for the GPU and the Other for the CPU.
