Windows 8.1 download

I'm going to buy a key for windows 8.1 off G2A or somewhere, but where can I actually download windows? I'll have to activate it still, but I just need to know where to download it. Is it on Microsoft's web page?

It can be done off the microsoft store

 

As my copy of the disk was in norwegian, and for some stupid reason the windows language pack does not apply to the whole system, I ended up downloading it off their site, and making a bootable usb, with the english version of windows.
