Emulator Help!

So me and my girlfriend have started playing split screen games. As a lot of you know console has always beat PC in local multiplayer so what better way than to get console on my PC

 

I saw a program called Launch Pad or such that is kind of a main ground.

 

Where would I obtain all the files needed for emulator, what emulators, what do I need to set up to play split screen with 2 controllers, what games do you recommend (getting Mario Kart Wii as an essential ) and how do I set up Launch Pad / Download Launch Pad?

You just need the emulator to play split screen games.Like dolphin for Wii has option to configure pad 1,2,3 and 4 with keyboards or controllers.

Is this a re-post as I'm pretty sure I already commented on this exact post? Never heard of this Launchpad but you certainly can't go wrong with Dolphin I use it all the time and it's fantastic especially for 3D gaming, Wind Waker in 3D is pretty nuts.

Okay so I have started playing split screen with my girlfriend but of course console has always supported it more often so I was thinking of like emulating mario kart or something but how would I do that split screen with 2 xbox 360 controllers?

 

Also there was a program someone suggested that is like a huge programs for loads of emulators and organised them, what is it?

Relax man I was joking I couldn't care less if you re-post or not although you will get a lot of people on here telling you off if they see it, Mod fanboys. They will probably tell you to just repost in the original post with updated question.
