When I am running dual channel memory (2*8gb sticks). The computer constantly reboots without showing the blue screen. Is the power not efficient enough? Do I need more power?

Are you sure it's the memory? Re-seat the memory to start off with. If that doesn't work, use the computer with only one of the two sticks at a time. And switch between them.

I did all of that and it only works properly with one stick

And I have switched the places of the one stick

Apparently, I forgot to switch the ram sticks when I was testing for single channel. Turns out my second stick caused BSOD errors pertaining to memory

Possibly a bad module then. Does the bad stick still cause BSOD in different slots?
