The only thing I would change is the gpu.

Get a Gigabyte G1 or Msi 4G

EDIT - One more thing, you can get windows on G2A for $23 and it's legit

Thanks man! I really appreciate the help. Here's what I chose, assuming that this GPU would have the same noise level:

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB Twin Frozr V Video Card (2-Way SLI)  ($329.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Any particular reason you prefer this GPU? Also, mind sending me a link to the G2A for Windows 8.1? I can't seem to find what you're referring to (is it just the key or the software install too?)

Thanks again! You've been a great help!

Asus Strix has had some overclocking and coil whine issues. It also has bad power delivery

Here's the link to G2A

*Edit: One more question though, does the G2A Windows 8.1 CD Key come with a USB drive for the installation or should I make one myself on my laptop? I've never had to install an OS without an optical drive before, so I'm a bit clueless. Again, can't thank you enough.

You got 2 CPU coolers in that bud

I believe that G2A just emails you a key and you put windows on yourself via usb

Whoops, you're right, forgot to take off that Hyper 212 cooler. Although, someone told me I could go with that one instead because that CPU could handle overclocking with the cheaper Hyper 212. Think they are wrong? I've got the money, see no reason not to spend a little extra to keep things cool.

The 212 Evo will cool fine, but the water cooler will cool better.

If you have the money I don't see why not

Cool, I want it to be as cool as possible in case I upgrade later on which I assume will heat things up. This is my final build for ordering tomorrow (minus the OS) unless I upgrade to 16gb of RAM:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($199.99 @ Micro Center)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  ($91.99 @ Newegg)
