Here is the build.

Does the loop work? This is my first time making a loop. The computer will be massively overclocked and the GTX 970 is already bought. Do tell me any flaws of this build. Thanks!

If it's for gaming I would've rather gotten an i5-4690k and a GTX 980, but you already bought the graphics card. The i5 to i7 gives you about nothing for games but if you need the extra CPU power for something else it's nice to have. You also don't need to pour so much money into the motherboard unless there are some specific features you really need, or if you just really like how it looks. For what you have in the parts list the Asus Z97-A would be fine. https://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z97a

If it doesn't cost that much extra you should just buy the CPU normally and throw your Intel cooler in a drawer or something until maybe one day you need it. Some OEM/Tray distributors are sketchy, and one person on the forum reported getting their CPU with a sticker on the pins

Also, a lot of people have had problems with the Asus GTX 970 and the MSI or Gigabyte G1 970s are much better for cooling, noise, and overclocking
