Good wireless PCI card?

I have 10 megabit per second internet on an Asus RT-N14U(I believe that's the model). What card would you recommend? I was looking at the Asus AC56 or the Asus N15.

I would get dual band card for future proofing. AC56 is too expensive so is N15.
