Hey guys. I'm in dire need of help. I play games like LoL and CS:GO. Sometimes in the middle of a game, my ping can skyrocket to 300-1000 ping. SOMETIMES* someone else can be streaming in the house but it isnt all the time. I just need some guidance on why im the only on in-game that is lagging and it might not even be my connection issue.,

Thank you in advance

Looks like a router issue what's your router and you might can check to give your games priority over other traffic.

1) Use a WIFI analyzer to analyze all WIFI signals in your locations.

2) Choose a channel with the lease amount of traffic. (1, 3, 6, 8, 11)

3) Sometimes if your cable company uses a certain backbone method, if other people are using their internet heavily in your location your speeds will slow and latency will become noticable.

Well we have a high end asus router, but we stopped using it, idk why. but still the router shouldnt be the problem? I feel like the information could be bottlenecking somewhere. I'm not positive tho. Thats why im asking ;)

U have a Highend and stop using it facepalm

No it must be either your router or the connection.

Well i did a tracer in command prompt and my connection seems to be fine. even when streaming. There was no major ms issue during/not streaming. i connected to all the servers fine. So i cant see it being my connection or router

I was tracing it to the steam servers, so yea :/
