My MSI  GTX 960 100th ME I achieved a +193 increase in my core clock(1534) / +30Mhz On mem(lol) / 108max power limit(thats the max that the slider can do wtf) at a 54% fan speed w/ only 55c max temps

Its the onlyFREE  gpu benchmark/stress test that I know. I can't test it n games right now because my external HDD died on me ( after backups :/) So I need to re-download the games.

I used different kinds of tests in kombustor, Is it stable enough based from kombustor? If yes, will I go higher?

Only you can tell us if its stable and only after running many synthetic benchmarks and games for several hours.

Does it crash when doing benchmarks?

Yes- turn it down

No- increase the OC

Nope. no crashes or artifacts yet. so I should go up then.

You need to test with more than just one program, at the very least half a dozen including stressful games IMO (its super important to have a variety of tests, one or two will not tell you if a clock is stable) and how long have you been testing 15mins as a minimum for quick ball park testing (letting the temps stabilise and run for a while - not at all considered stable at this point) and 4 hours as a minimum once you are getting towards a permanent clock with 8-24 hours continuous once you think you are at a final clock but you wont know till you've given it some heavy varied use over the course of a week or so.

Some tests I would recommend (among many others):

3DMark

Unigne Valley

Unigne Heaven

Catzilla

OCCT

Furmark

Star Swarm

Crysis 1, 2 and/or 3

Battlefield 3/4

Firefall

Wolfenstien: The new order

Farcry 3/4

GTA V

Will you go higher if it's stable?

That depends, a 5Mhz change in value can be the difference, 193 can be stable, while 195 might as well crash your computer, probably won't but you get the point, just keep on increasing and you will find out!

Is it stable enough based from kombustor?

As before, it all depends, my first OC was stable in 3DMark but wouldn't run in Ungine, so I tried it out in GTA V and it crashed and I had some artifacts, my suggestion is that you try different games and benchmarks first, to achieve the current OC (stable) that I have I ran FireStrike Extreme at least 10 times and I played GTA V for 5 hours along with other games and some benchmarks, so I suggest you do the same! Also, you can download the free version of 3DMark on steam1

Conclusion:

Try different games and benchmarks multiple times for as long as you can, and slowly increase the OC, you never know when it will be unstable until it's unstable (or if the temp goes sky high) so just keep on trying and see how far you can go! Good luck! :)
