What is your budget? What is your intended use? If you're going to want to play games, you should go with an i3 and something much, much better for a graphics card

It's a 4430, and my budget i am trying to stay below $600. I knew that the GPU was awful, I just was not sure what to change. What i3 would you recommend?

GTX 750 for GPU?

Not sure which i3 but i3s are around 130$

What is your budget? and yes, for gaming always spend the most money on the GPU.

i3 isn't as good as gaming, but is a whole lot better than a Pentium or Celeron.  But it all depends on what you are going to do.  i5s are popular for gaming, i7s of any recent kind are a bit extreme and are for high end gaming and rendering and all that good stuff.  GPU definitely is good to put a good amount into.  I'd almost say that in my opinion, you should spend about the same amount on a GPU as CPU, but then again, this all still depends on what you are going to do.  But returning to your original question, I think we need to know what you are going to be doing first?

Spoiler

Q: Do I have a virus?!
A: If you didn't click a sketchy email, haven't left your computer physically open to attack, haven't downloaded anything sketchy/free, know that your software hasn't been exploited in a new hack, then the answer is: probably not.

Q: What email/VPN should I use?
A: Proton mail and VPN are the best for email and VPNs respectively. (They're free in a good way)

Q: How can I stay anonymous on the (deep/dark) webzz???....

A: By learning how to de-anonymize everyone else; if you can do that, then you know what to do for yourself.

Q: What Linux distro is best for x y z?

A: Lubuntu for things with little processing power, Ubuntu for normal PCs, and if you need to do anything else then it's best if you do the research yourself.

Q: Why is my Linux giving me x y z error?

A: Have you not googled it? Are you sure StackOverflow doesn't have an answer? Does the error tell you what's wrong? If the answer is no to all of those, message me.

Actually if it is just gaming the pentium holds up pretty well, skype can be open to and performance would suffer maybe 5%. https://youtu.be/evXpqpNhu_Y

Yes in that case with enormous overclocking, but most Pentiums will not come even close with their little dual core 2.2ghz

If you're going for gaming you could go for a pentium anniversary edition and go with something like a GTX 750 or GTX 960 depending on how much you want to spend. The anniversary edition overclocks really well and will be great for gaming.
