Hey, i have build a computer with some of my old parts and plan to give it to my sister. The problem is, whenever i have to reset my computer, and it boots. it will shut down before it get's windows.

I have tried re-install windows  but it will still shutdown when ever you need to reset or reboot the computer. i have found out a way to bypass it, but its not effect. Every time i need  to shut or reboot the computer i have to unplug the power and hold the power bottom for 5 sec and the computer will run with no crash. I do not want to do that every time i need to reset the computer or shutdown. I was think it is the motherboard having issues.

Pc Specs:

CPU - AMD FX8350

Ram - 4GB corsair vengeance

GPU - Nvidia GTX 550 it

Power supply - coolermaster (for got the rest) 500 watt

Motherboard - msi 990fxa-gd65

Thanks!~  ^_^
