I am looking to host a mini LAN party at my house. There will be about 5 other people attending. I will buy an 8 port gigabit switch to hook up all the computers to the internet. What I'm looking for is a piece of software i can install on all the computers and also on a laptop hooked up to the TV. Then we could all share our screens and display them on the TV. Someone suggested Google Hangouts, would this be possible? I just thought this would be awesome when playing Kerbal Space Program in a race to the moon. Suggestions Appreciated

You could take a pc and put switching software on it. https://livestream.com/studio/software

Just because you don't care, doesn't mean other others don't. Don't be a self-centered asshole. -Thank You a PSA from the people who do not say random shit on the internet.

Looks pretty cool, and expensive. I was looking for a free option as this won't happen very often. Does this allow you to do everything in software and over Lan?

Yeh i want it to be over Lan really. Does XSplit have any functionality like this?

Dunno, I don't use xsplit it costs money, nor do i stream or record, i once downloaded OBS to play with it.

It's gonna lag terribly though.

There will be a little lag if he where going over wifi over lan not so much. if you use splashtop over lan its pretty much instant and since your on a gigabit port bandwidth isn't a problem and games done use allot of bandwidth

I  have GameServer`s And VOIP servers the only price is that you have fun on them.
