Game Won't Open...

I've been trying to open iDefense Pacific for quite a while now and it just doesn't want to open. I haven't played it before.

 

I click run, then it begins the first time run setup, the box around my profile pic (steam) goes green and then it stops. All my other games run fine except this one..

Have you tried reinstalling? verifying integrity?

I tried opening it directly from the folder and it says that MSVCP120.dll is missing from my computer. 

 

Thoughts?

Issue has been resolved. I just installed Visual C++ which I thought I already had and the game boots fine now.
