flac split and merge tool?

I have a CD which is split into different tracks, albeit done completely wrong. 

I want to sort this by ripping it as a single flac file and then splitting it manually (can't do it automatically as the cue files would be just as wrong as on the CD itself)

Already looked up the digital version, and that has the same problem so just downloading it won't solve anything.

 

Does anyone know a good tool for splitting flac files?
