New Prebuilt System

Go to solution Solved by DarkBlade2117,

Thank you all for the help, I love coming here for help! But I was wondering do any of you have experience with cyberpowerpc or ibuypower these two companies seem to give me the best value for money spec wise... Just wondering if they are a worthy company to invest money into...

I know a few twitch streamers sponsored by IBuypower , wait until they have a sale. They do tend to rip you off,I asked what pc could handle GTA med settings at 60 FPS, they tried relocating me tomthe most expensive one. Also I know they over price by hundreds of dollars because something they do like $700 off sales lol

I was turning to my favourite source of help on the Internet LTT, I need a new system. My i7 gt650m 2gb laptop (which is sitting in a ghetto rigged box cause the hinge broke) is showing age, to say the least. I do a lot of photo editing, and graphic design, with light 3d work. With 1080p gaming also. I am soon graduating and looking at college so something relatively small would be great. But here is my real issue, my countries tax laws. Importing computer parts is 20% tax on each part, however importing a whole computer is tax free (I know stupid right). So I need a good system that I can by prebuilt and hopefully be under 1200-1500. I also would need a full copy of windows 8.1 but I do not need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, or headset. Please help and let me know if there is anything I can improve on... I rarely post...

Maybe use CyberPower or OverclockersUK .

... Life is a game and the checkpoints are your birthday , you will face challenges where you may not get rewarded afterwords but those are the challenges that help you improve yourself . Always live for tomorrow because you may never know when your game will be over ... I'm totally not going insane in anyway , shape or form ... I just have broken English and an open mind ...

http://www.xoticpc.com/insurgent-stage-p-6613.html?wconfigure=yes Basically configure around to match your likings. It comes with a few free games I think, including Witcher 3. It's the Stage 3 Insurgent in the elite desktop area. Customize to,your liking pretty much, like LEDS, different cases, Cpu coolers. It's original price is $1400 with an i5-4690k and GTX 970. I messed around with the settings so..

EDIT- Comes with Windows 8.1 64 bit

the import tax on parts is so high it's not worth it... Prebuilt systems are import tax free almost...

Based it off many reviews. Pretty much from prices and stuff do. They don't seem to rip you off to much compared to companies like origin PC
