Can the Phanteks Enthoo Series Primo fit two 480 Rads?

i would say get to Rads becaues you are cooling 3 titan X and the cpu your cpu might not cool properlly

-Get a 4690K along with a 1150 compatible motherboard, there's literally no need to waste money in a multicore if what you aim for is gaming especially with SKylake around the corner.

-get rid of the WD HDs and get a NVMe SSD instead

What about that ? NVMe is far faster, normal SSDs in some months are going to be relayed to simple storage, there's no point investing in HDD especially internal ones.
