It would be helpful if you provided us with a budget, aim of the build and where you are going to build it (location). :)
It looks like a good budget build. I'm guessing you are going for gaming. I would suggest to consider getting a SSD at least for the OS as it would make a big difference for your overall performance.
The rest of the parts should give you good performance at medium settings on most games. :)
