Need help with a pc build..

Hi ,

 

I am looking to build a PC specifically for high quality/ relatively fast rendering ( architectural / Interior designs ) and also can handle gaming not necessarily at max settings .

 

My budget is around 1200 - 1600. 

 

I would really appreciate it if some of the experts in this forum could help me out.
