First time build

Hi guys, this is my first build. Some parts I already have from an unsuccessful excursion with CyberPower. Would really like some opinions on parts

 

 

Have:

 

GPU: 2 XFX r9 290s

PSU: Corsair RM1000

SSD: Samsung 850 EVO

 

 

Need:

 

CPU: i7-5280K

Motherboard: Gigabyte ga-x99 Gaming (comes bundled with CPU)

HDD: 2 TB Toshiba

RAM: 16 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
