Internet Speed for Minecraft Faction Server (Help)

So me and a few friends want to set up a Minecraft faction server and wanted to get an idea for who should host it based on upload/download speed for the meantime until remote hosting is an option.

 

So first of all what upload speed would you recommend for say 20 people online at the same time?

 

Here are everyone's uploads and download speeds:

 

Human 1: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4358222988 (Constant)

Human 2: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4358223568 (Constant)

Human 3: Anywhere from 20 down and 6 up to .5 down and .5 up. (All over the place)  

 

So we all have a "server system" capable of running a server no problem so that wont be a problem, just internet speed.

20 people? None of them would work.

The highest one? Isn't this an obvious question?

That internet is WAY too slow for a 20 person MC server. it would work for like 4 players MAX on the first person's internet

What do you think our max would be? We have run 5 at once perfectly fine with Human 1 in the past.

5 Is probably near the limit.
