I am looking for a new case for my ATX motherboard, that is high quality, under $200, and has room for furture watercooling, and for now room for a radiator that is connected to a Corsair CPU water block. I would prefer a metal case because I feel those are the most sturdy, and I would also hope that the case has some kind of methodology used to dampen sound within the case...

The best quality I've seen - Fractal Design r4\r5 (but r5 is a bit ugly with this modular top).

Fractal Design Define R5 or Fractal Design Define S. I personally ordered the Define S for the immense water-cooling features that I will be using later on for my custom loop.

I LOVE THE FRACTAL DESIGN DEFINE S, however I dislike how the Define S does not have the opening front panel and wont allow me to have any disk drives.

True, but they were removed for a good cause, water cooling.
