Decisions...Decisions

So I have a couple questions in mind about my upcoming custom water cooling loop. First of which is deciding between two radiators. The candidates being the Alphacool NexXxoS ST30 360mm and the HardwareLabs Black Ice Nemesis 360GTS Ultra Stealth U-Flow. The Nemesis radiator is $10 cheaper than the Alphacool offering, and I was wondering which one I should go with. Both have 16 FPI and are 30mm thick. Not sure if there's some sort of quality compromise with the Nemesis radiator or simply that Alphacool is a more known brand, at least in my eyes. My second question being the decision between the Mayhems Pastel Coolant - Blue Berry or the EK-Ekoolant Pastel BLUE. Both run me $20, however Mayhems is a more known brand, but I think I read somewhere that the EK-Ekoolant Pastel series is just a Mayhems rebrand? I'm not sure and wanted some clarification. Thanks for any responses.

For the radiators it's really up to you both are great rads, I don't know what materials the Black ice one uses since it doesn't specify it all but the Alphacool ones are known for their full cooper design with brass threads to provide maximum heat dissipation and performance.

As for the pastel Coolant both the EKWB and Mayhems ones are the same since the EKWB pastel lineup is a partnership with Mayhems and made by them.
