Cyberpower no video input problem

So I just got this computer back from RMA from cyberpower and it's still having the same problem. I try connecting the monitor to the pc with dvi,vga, and displayport, trying both the graphics card and integrated graphics and neither one works. I have tried taking out and put the RAM back in but that doesn't work either. HELP
