Earthing problems !

So this does not happen all the time...but sometimes like now i get an electric shock when I touch the usb drives on the case, so out of curiosity I touch the fins on the top mounted radiator as well and I get an electric shock too. I have a multiplug with earthing. I also have surge protection. Is this a problem with the wiring in the usb or the setup is wrong? According to the local electrician the setup is correct.

No its fine. Te shock goes through the xase down to the ground. Its ment for that. Otherwise you would have kwpt the charge on you

But the problem is whenever this happens, the cpu temperatures increase. Is that a coincidence?

It probably is. Try recreatin yhe events in a somewhat controled state. When nothing is running and the voltage is stable. Id do it at least 3 times.
