I just purchased an EVGA Titan X, and I would love to get a backplate for my card for aesthetics, however the EVGA official ones aren't for sale yet. Does anyone know if any of the others will fit the stock cooler?

My Build:

i7 5820k ~ Sabertooth X99 ~ 32GB Crucial Sport ~ Nvidia Titan X ~ Enthoo Luxe ~ 512GB 850 Pro ~ Asus PB287Q

EVGA backplates are available but currently out of stock. I plan on snagging one once they receive stock again.

DON'T make the same mistake I did and buy an EK backplate; it ONLY fits with an accompanying EK waterblock.

Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow; Motherboard: MSI ZZ490 Gaming Edge; CPU: i7 10700K @ 5.1GHz; Cooler: Noctua NHD15S Chromax; RAM: Corsair LPX DDR4 32GB 3200MHz; Graphics Card: Asus RTX 3080 TUF; Power: EVGA SuperNova 750G2; Storage: 2 x Seagate Barracuda 1TB; Crucial M500 240GB & MX100 512GB; Keyboard: Logitech G710+; Mouse: Logitech G502; Headphones / Amp: HiFiMan Sundara Mayflower Objective 2; Monitor: Asus VG27AQ

Thanks, EK was the one I was mainly curious about, I will also try to get an EVGA backplate. I wish they would have enough in stock, or at least include one on the superclocked version.

EVGA's auto-notify option is the best you can do at the moment. I lurk their forums from time to time and read quite a few posts where users were mashing refresh to claim a backplate, so something tells me they are (or were) in high demand.

1200€ for a GPU, yet no backplate... dat logic

It's somewhat justified if running SLI on air.

I had my backplates custom made - problem solved :D Even though they are acrylic, they look MUCH better

I saw your build, but I like the more understated look of the EVGA plates.

I had them on my 760s before, so I know what you are talking about :) But now I was aiming for perfection :D

If I had reference cards (970s don't have that) I would totally get normal backplates

will the Titan X backplate fit on a regular Titan or a 780? I'm looking to buy another 780 for SLI but since the card and the backplate seem to be discontinued everywhere I'll have to buy used but people are charging insane prices for the backplate so I was thinking of using a Titan backplate and I found a good deal on a Titan X backplate packaged with an SLI bridge and need to know if it will work on a 780...

I think the Titan X is slightly differently shaped than the original titan or 780.
