Hi, so i was looking for a nice, headphone/modmic pair for under 200$.

Just not sure what. I was thinking, ATH-M50x/mod mic.

I'll be using it with a Asus Maximus vi hero motherboard.

what i'm looking for is, 1 sound, 2 long cord.

I don't  like to much bass. 

Sounds like a great idea!  You can also get an ATH-M40x for around $50 less with similar performance!
