I have a computer with Windows 7 Home Premium and a MSI B75MA-P45 motherboard. It says it has RAID support. I know Windows 7 Home Premium doesn't have Raid support, but does that mean my motherboard can't have it? My BIOS does not have a RAID option atm, only IDE and ACHP. I am only doing this so I can combine two SSD's, not speed, so if there is a better solution please tell me.

RAID support in windows is only about software RAID. When raided through the MOBO, it makes the OS think it is just a single drive. So if the board supports it, full burn ahead. HOWEVER, that board does not support RAID in my research.

“When life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don’t want your damn lemons, what the hell am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life’s manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I’m the man who’s gonna burn your house down! With the lemons! I’m gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!”

That might explain the missing RAID option, but E0vdgku.png

must be mis information, as on MSI´s website, it says nothing about RAID

If that is false information, he has all the rights to return his board to amazon, and get a refund/new board, because he bought something assuming he could use something because it said on the site which he couldnt :/

I do not care how I do it. I want to make two SSD's into one and I don't know how. ;(
