Core i7-4790k overclock

Hi guys, I just got my cooler master nepton 240m for my Intel Core i7-4790k, and I want to overclock it, just a snatch. I've never overclocked a CPU before and want to be careful, not overclocking it that much. Can anyone tell me what values to put where in the BIOS? It's an ASUS Maximus VII Hero. My room is normally around 24-25 degrees celsius (76 degrees Fahrenheit). I'd be happy if someone could say what to do. Thank you

I followed this video when I first overclocked my cpu. When you go to stress test though make sure the volts are set to manual...
