Hello beautiful community, how ya'll doing?

So I have a question. What would be the best possible configuration to exploit the max out of my mobo? I currently have a Asus Sabertooth Mark 2. I would like to know which computer components such as cpu, gpu, psu, ram, etc, I could use to get the best out of this mobo.

Thank you very much.

I'm doing fine thanks :P

first of all I would like to ask, did you really just buy a motherboard and then wondered what to put on it or did you get the mobo from someone? :P

and what's your budget or do you have none?

I would suggest 8 gig's of ram (or 16 gb, but I don't know why you would need that much :P)

a R9 290

3 * 1 TB's in raid 5

a ssd for windows and games

I7-4790K overclocked

aio cpu cooler (or custom watercooling if you have the money for it

a 750 watt power supply (room for upgrading)

the 290 is not the best card out there.

I still don't understand OP's question.

If you want to build the best computer that you can using this motherboard you need to go in the extremes.

What do you mean by "to get the best out of this mobo"?

What's the purpose of the build? What's your budget?

CPU: Ryzen 3 3600 | GPU: Gigabite GTX 1660 super | Motherboard: MSI Mortar MAX | RAM: G Skill Trident Z 3200 (2x8GB) | Case: Cooler Master Q300L | Storage: Samsung 970 EVO 250G + Samsung 860 Evo 1TB | PSU: Corsair RM650x | Displays: LG 27'' G-Sync compatible 144hz 1080p | Cooling: NH U12S black | Keyboard: Logitech G512 carbon | Mouse: Logitech g900

I know it's not the best card out there nor it's one of the best possible builds, but without a budget announced I rather choose to go with a good build and not by going for best of the best, or else he should pick up some titan's X and put them instead of a r290 xp

but he just gots a motherboard, no budget and doesn't say what he wants to do with it, so I tried to configure a good all together build

Exploit your motherboard? That's basically just asking for the most expensive components, and filling all the ports up.

CPU: Most expensive 1150 CPU you can find (4790k?) or go the xeon route

Storage: 6x Samsing 850 Pro's

RAM: 32GB 1866 memory quad dimm kit. Manufacturer doesn't matter, RAM is RAM

GPU: Dual SLI Titan X (they will run at x8...yey) or wait for 980Ti

PSU: Depends on what components you choose and how much wattage you need, EVGA G2 series or Corsair AX/HX, or Seasonic

Cooling: 6 Noctua NF-A14 iPPC 3000's, 2 3-Pin fans, Kraken x61

That's about it. No PCIe lanes left for stuff like M.2. Your question is rather ambiguous though

CPU  5820k - 4.0GHz @ 1.27V  |  MOBO X99-Pro  |  RAM 16GB Ballistic @ 2133MHz  |  PSU HX750i

 COOLING  Kraken X61 - 6x NF-A14 iPPC  |  DRIVES  256GB 950 Pro - 2x 1TB Travelstar - 1x 1TB WD Black

GPU  EVGA GTX980 SC |  CASE  R5  |  OS  Win 8.1 Pro  |  MISC   Cablemod C-Series White Set
