I have two different builds going on and i don't know which one to buy. I will be using it for gaming and have decided on a budget around 1000-1200 USD. I'm leaning towards the AMD build because i heard that you get more performance for less.

Any feedback on either of the builds will help.

I would be happy to look at them... if they weren't files I had to download, if I were you I would use pcpartpicker.com like Parasyte said above, it is the best way to find cheap parts.

Your link is the url for pcpartpicker which doesn't work.

You need to paste the perma link.

Yeah, I think the Intel build is better than the AMD build, especially with the Seagate Barracuda HDD in the edited version

this is probably the only place i'll hang out anymore: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/274320-the-long-awaited-car-thread/

Current Rig: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Abit IN9-32MAX nForce 680i board, Galaxy GT610 1GB DDR3 gpu, Cooler Master Mystique 632S Full ATX case, 1 2TB Seagate Barracuda SATA and 1x200gb Maxtor SATA drives, 1 LG SATA DVD drive, Windows 10. All currently runs like shit :D

In your AMD build change the ssd for a Samsung 840 non-pro. If this revised version of the AMD build is cheaper go with it. As AMDs architecture might be better in the long run as the next Gen consoles. Although this hasn't been proven.

Back from the dead....
