Bugs in Nvidia Surround? (30.49)

Soo why does this happen when I enable Nvida surround?

also my start menu looks like this now....

just to be clear...this does not happen when I don't run surround. Any ideas guys? I'm running on a completely fresh install of windows 7 SP1 with all patches applied.

For the start menu, if you mean the clear theme I'm sure you can change it in appearance and themes, in the control panel.

 

As for the first issue, I have no clue. I actually had the same problem back when I had my third monitor.
