Within the next few days I plan on getting gta v , which ive been wondering if my R7 250x will be able to run with a resonable framerate on Medium at least, and fyi I have a 1280x1024 monitor, and I know my cpu wont hold me back because it is on the list of recommended for gta v (8350)

I was going to say no, but since you are playing at a resolution near 720p, you should be fine, and might be able to crank some of the settings up...
