HD 6670 Screen splits

Hi , i build PC for my brother and and his screen ramdomly splits in half and go Opposite of each other this happends only while playing games such as minecraft or CS:GO and you must reset PC to fix it but its really annoying to reset PC nearly every hour.

Specs:

   Intel Pentium G3258 

 

   GIGABYTE B85M-D2V   
   Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600MHz CL10 HyperX Fury Series

   ASUS EAH6670/DIS/1GD5 Radeon HD 6670 1GB 128-Bit GDDR5

I´m using windows 7 64 bit and 14.12 amd driver i tried to factory defaults driver settings and bios settings and it didnt help.
