Openvpn on shield portable

L2TP will work on Android out of the box. Not sure about OpenVPN. You should be able to set it up tho.

The thing is I have to use openvpn. I dont want a buy the shield if I cant use it

its on the google play store.. so I dont see why not, the shield runs all android apps
