PC freeze during installation

My PC freezes every time I try to install something or write/read something big. My HDD is TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 1TB. I did CrystalDiskMark benchmark but I don't really understand the result, is it ok or not

My other specifications are:
 

ASRock N68-VS3 FX

AMD Phenom II X4 965 @ 3.4GHz

CoolerMaster Hyper212 EVO

Gigabyte - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 2GB

Spire SP-ATX-450WTB-PFC-2   450W

Looks like the drive's fine. Can you get us a S.M.A.R.T analysis of the drive through something like Speedfan?
