Best bang for your buck monitor?

I'm looking for a monitor around $100-$200 AUD so about 80-160 USD. Any size would do although preferably around 21-24 inches. Just good specs for the price and before you ask this monitor is going to be for general use.

The BenQ GL(insert loads of random numbers here.) Is probably a good choice due to it's low input lag.
