Hi, so with the release of GTA5 i have been playing the hell out of it, lucky for me my computer is up to the task of high settings at 1080p. like another Tuesday night coming home from work i turn my pc on and load GTA5 and to find my pc van even hit 30fps, so i trie some other games like ets2 and on LOW settings a stable 60 FPS is a not happening. so i had a look on GPUZ which says it normal factory clock is been registered yet when i use msi afterburner or the EVGA version it is reading sub 300mhz even with a game on. But as soon as i look for help it goes sub 800mhz but is still now what it is rated at.just looking for some help and sorry if i have done anything wrong because im new. thanks in advance

Try a full factory reset on your GPU, and have u done any overclocking or BIOS edits?
